Clients MUST be 18 years or older to agree to these terms.

Clients DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT nor use the art for generative AI purposes. Doing so is in violation of these terms.

Clients may not copy or trace my work in any way, unless expressly given permission.

Clients may edit their commissioned works in minor ways, such as use in Profile Pictures, Social Media Banners, or Youtube Thumbnails and similar cases.

Clients will credit Caeliris for the work when reposting commissioned work.

Clients may produce physical reproductions of their work for PERSONAL use only. (Not for sale.)

My commissions are for Personal Use & Stream Use only unless otherwise discussed. Further rights (merchandising and sales) of work needs to be discussed separately.

I retain the copyright to all work I produce. This includes use of the work for self-promotion, as example work in sales of commissions, the right to redistribute, and the right to reproduce the work, unless an agreement is made stating otherwise. For commissions that are public (no limitations stated on posting the work) I may post these works to my other social media platforms with proper credit to the client for ownership of the character’s design.

Note that part of the process is understanding that Caeliris becomes sick easily & delays, though rare, are something that may potentially occur.

Preferred Name and Pronouns in the case of long term projects that may require months of communication.

Caeliris works on one client at a time for the sake of simplicity.

You will be notified once she's started your commission.

Turnaround time is 1—4 months depending on the scope of project or if Caeliris becomes ill during the project's process.

Emotes (10+) have a longer turnaround (1—3 months) dependent on the above.

Sketches, chibis, thumbnails generally have a shorter 1—2 month turnaround period.

I reach out to the interested parties first, making sure pricing is okay before sending out proposals on a given date (announced on X or BlueSky, typically).

If I receive no confirmation to my contact or VGen proposal within 2 weeks, the commission will be automatically cancelled.

For all commission types you will receive a sketch for initial approval. If you must request changes I ask you to do it at this phase.

Changes requested after starting line art may incur additional fees.

In cases where there are small things I have missed, I will change them with no additional charge.(ex. I forgot a character’s earrings or got their eye color wrong.)

For small projects, I generally will not send further work-in-progress shots unless requested, so please feel free to ask!

Completed commissions will be sent in their full resolution via Google Drive link or VGen file upload unless otherwise specified. In the case of payment plans: Completed commission files will only be sent after the final payment on the invoice is fulfilled.

Full refunds may occur if a commission has been canceled before Caeliris has started work on it.

If the commission process has already started, a partial refund may be available depending on to what extent the project is completed.

Partial refunds may be available if Caeliris has failed to deliver a commission in a reasonable, timely manner. (Exceeding 5 months with no communication.) Some leniency is allowed as long as delays in expected project timeline are clearly communicated with the Client.

Delivery of a project (project files) may be withheld if payment from Client is not fulfilled at the time Caeliris has completed the work. thumbnails generally have a shorter 1—2 month turnaround period.

All VGen commissions include PERSONAL and STREAMING(Content Creation) USE ONLY.

95% of Caeliris' client-base are content creators (vtubers) themselves, and all commission types are priced appropriately for this on VGen.

Personal-only use can be discussed via non-VGen commission work.

The Client may request additional usage rights – such as merchandise/sales rights – for the commissioned work during the ordering process.

+25% - Youtube, Twitch, Twitter, Social Media promotional material (Use in Digital monetized content. – Ex. Overlays, Thumbnails, and other directly monetized content.)

+100% - Reproduction, Selling, Merch (Use in merchandise for sale. – Ex. Art Prints, apparel designs, charms or keychain designs.)

This privacy fee is +20% of the total price of the commission.
